Terms and Conditions

Below is a list of terms and conditions for participation in the Pragmatic Play Network Promotion “Drops & Wins – Lucky 6 Roulette Madness” (the “Network Promotion”) for operators of Pragmatic Play (the “Operators”), whether offered directly or via a platform provider. The Network Promotion will run from 6th March 2024 to 5th March 2025 (the “Network Promotion Period”) as a global promotion for Pragmatic Play’s network and game shows (the “Participating Game Types”). By participating in the Network Promotion, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Furthermore, these terms and conditions are subject to and must be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions set out in the Software License Agreement entered into between Pragmatic Play and the Operator. Any capitalized terms contained herein that are not defined shall have the same meaning as used in the iGaming gambling industry.

General terms and conditions:

• This Network Promotion is operated by Pragmatic Play. The prize pool is shared across the network of Operators who opt in to participate in this Network Promotion.

• The Network Promotion comprises three hundred and twelve (312) daily prize drops (as defined below) and a total of fifty-two (52) one-day tournaments (as defined below) that will run weekly exclusively on selected game shows (the “Participating Games”) during the Network Promotion Period as follows:

  • Between 6th March 2024 and 5th June 2024, the Promotion will run exclusively on Mega Wheel (the “Participating Game” for the selected dates) and will include:
    • A total of seventy-eight (78) daily prize drops (each, a “Mega Wheel Prize Drop”), where each Mega Wheel Prize Drop will run every Wednesday from 19:01 CEST/CET until the following Wednesday at 18:59 CEST/CET, except every Friday during the Promotional Period during the Mega Friday Tournament schedule.
    • A total of thirteen (13) one-day tournaments (each, a “Mega Friday Tournament”), where each Mega Friday Tournament will run every Friday from 19:01 CEST/CET until the following Saturday at 18:59 CEST/CET during the Promotional Period.
  • Between 5th June 2024 and 4th September 2024, the Promotion will run exclusively on Lucky 6 Roulette (the “Participating Game” for the selected dates) and will include:
    • A total of seventy-eight (78) daily prize drops (each, a “Lucky 6 Prize Drop”), where each Lucky 6 Prize Drop will run every Wednesday from 19:01 CEST/CET until the following Wednesday at 18:59 CEST/CET, except every Friday during the Promotional Period during the Mega Friday Tournament schedule.
    • A total of thirteen (13) one-day tournaments (each, a “Mega Friday Tournament”), where each Mega Friday Tournament will run every Friday from 19:01 CEST/CET until the following Saturday at 18:59 CEST/CET during the Promotional Period.

*The Participating Game is subject to change during the Promotional Period. The game change will be applied every thirteen (13) promotional weeks.

• During the Promotional Period, each prize drop and tournament will be referred to individually as a promotion (each, a “Promotion”).

• To participate in any Promotion, players must open the Participating Game and join/opt in.

• The expected total prize pool for the entire Network Promotion is four million one hundred sixty thousand Euros/Pounds Sterling (€£4,160,000).

• For the avoidance of doubt, any undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of any specific Promotion will be rolled over to subsequent stages or to the next Network Promotion.

• Network Promotion prizes may be won by players in the form of fixed cash amounts as set out in the respective prize table below.

• All prizes won during the Promotional Period will be paid out as fixed cash prizes with no wagering requirements.

MECHANICS

• The Network Promotion includes three hundred and twelve (312) one-day prize drops and fifty-two (52) one-day tournaments, where each promotional week includes a total of six (6) daily prize drops and one (1) one-day tournament dedicated to a selected game show (each, a “Promotion Day”).

• To be eligible to participate in a Promotion, a player is required to place a real money bet with a minimum stake of twenty euro cents (€0.20)* or the equivalent value in the available currency in the participating game (hereinafter a “Qualifying Bet”).

• *Exceptions may apply to Argentina where the minimum stake requirement is the equivalent of eighteen euro cents (€0.18).

• Only the first three hundred and fifty (350) Qualifying Bets per day within each Promotion (the “Qualifying Bet Limit”) will be counted towards each Promotion. All Qualifying Bets placed after reaching the Qualifying Bet Limit will not be counted towards each Promotion.

• The Promotion rules and prize tables are integrated into the Participating Game. The prize table is updated in real-time showing current standings as well as the number of remaining prizes.

• Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ tab found in each Participating Game.

• Prizes are paid out in the form of fixed cash amounts.

• Players can win prizes according to the mechanics described below:

MEGA WHEEL MADNESS MECHANICS:

Mega Wheel Prize Drop Mechanics:

• To qualify in a Mega Wheel Prize Drop, a player must place a Qualifying Bet (as defined above) in the Participating Game.

• One (1) Qualifying Bet can trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during each Promotion.

• A player can win multiple random prize drops during each Promotion Day.

• The Mega Wheel Random Prize Drop rules and prize tables are integrated into the participating games. The Prize Drop prize table is updated in real-time showing current standings and the number of remaining prizes.

• The Mega Wheel Prize Drops will end daily at either: (i) 18:59 CEST/CET or (ii) when there are no more prizes left during the selected promotional dates.

How players can participate in a Mega Wheel Prize Drop:

1. A player must join or opt in to the Mega Wheel Prize Drop and must place a Qualifying Bet in the Participating Game.

2. Any Qualifying Bet placed in any of the participating games can trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during a Mega Wheel Prize Drop period.

3. A player can win multiple random prize drops during each Promotion Day.

Mega Friday Tournament Mechanics:

• To qualify in a Mega Friday Tournament, a player must place a Qualifying Bet (as defined above) in the Participating Game.

• Prizes will be awarded to winners based on their final position on the leaderboard when each Mega Friday Tournament ends, in descending order from the highest to lowest position, depending on the player's total points.

• The leaderboard is ranked based on the player's score. The score is based on the total number of points accumulated in the Participating Game as the sum of all win multipliers relative to the bet amount during the Mega Friday Tournament period.

Example scoring calculation for illustrative purposes only:

Score = ((Win * USD Conversion) / (Bet * USD Conversion))

Player places a bet of €1 and wins €50 => Score = ((€50 * 1.08) / (€1 * 1.08)) = 50

Player places a bet of €5 and wins €1,000 => Score = ((€1,000 * 1.08) / (€5 * 1.08)) = 200

Player’s final score will be 200 + 50
